Find out moreWhen you first contact Cartridge World, you will be appointed a sales representative who will take you through the application process, to help you learn what is required and to give us the opportunity to get to know you more and understand your business goals and aspirations. If successful, your representative will take you through every step, including assisting with financial projections and business plans.
Before you start operating your business, you will be required to complete our training, delivered by our team of industry experts covering all aspects of the business including sales, franchising, marketing, technical and product knowledge and IP compliance. But the support doesn’t end once you finish your training. Our global team are there to support you to ensure you maximise your business opportunity.
Marketing Support
Cartridge World is an international franchise business with a strong global brand. For over 30 years now, we have actively promoted the brand both locally and globally and we’re here to support you in promoting your business.
We will provide you with the content framework and artwork, and full guidelines on how to build and develop your social media accounts.
Through our SEO strategies, we can provide you with a strong online presence in search engines, social media and other digital channels.
As a franchisee, you will also have access to POS items for your store, posters, flyers, advert templates and brochure templates through our online resource centre.
Ongoing Training and Support
After initial training, your support doesn’t end. Our global team and our Master Franchisees are there to support you on your business journey. This is an ever-changing industry, and through our training and support, we can continue to adapt, change and keep up with those changes.
Throughout the year we operate a series of training webinars, supported by our global team, our vendors and industry experts, as well as providing operational support from the global team, regular industry updates, product updates, operational manuals and any other training that may be required dependant on the business needs. We operate in a fast-moving industry which is constantly evolving. To keep up with this evolution we are always working on keeping our products, services and solutions up to date, which means we ensure our franchisees and masters provide the support and training they need.
