Cartridge World cartridges undergo a highly rigorous process to guarantee satisfaction: 

Inkjet Cartridges

1. First, the cartridge undergoes a “footprint test” to see if the print head has dried up
2. Next, the cartridge will be cleaned with a special solution that allows the print head to open up again, if it was found clogged previously
3. After the print head has opened, the cartridge is filled with the appropriate type and amount of ink that is specific to your requirements
4. After refilling, your cartridge is tested 3-7 times in a printer to ensure the highest quality standards behind the Cartridge World name
5. Finally, after successful testing, your cartridge is packaged and ready for use

Toner Cartridges  

1. To begin with, the cartridge is completely disassembled
2. Every part of the cartridge is cleaned and inspected for any damage
3. After replacing the damaged or worn parts, the cartridge is reassembled
4. The cartridge is then filled to its capacity with toner, specific to your cartridge requirements
5. The laser toner cartridge undergoes a test in a printer for 10 to 20 pages to ensure high performance and quality standards
6. After successful testing, your cartridge is packaged and ready for you to take home
